Hotel information

• If the dinner is not taken, 8.00 euros are deducted or 3.00 euros from the children’s price.
• Singles in double rooms used as single rooms are charged a supplement of 10.00 euros per day in the A + B seasons. In season C this depends on room category.
• Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure.
• Please inform us by telephone if you will arrive after 6 p.m. on your day of arrival.
• Our hotel has a lift.
• We will be pleased to pick up those arriving by train or bus from their final stop.
• A covered parking area is available.
• We offer magazines and newspapers as well as the Vinschgau Touristcard.
• Pets allowed on request. We charge 7.00 euros per day without food in standard rooms. We charge 10.00 euros in family rooms/suites. Please note that animals are not permitted in the restaurant or sauna areas.
• Air-conditioned restaurant area.
• Internet access available for your laptop in the lounge.
• In accordance with the internationally recognised hotel standards, 80% of the half-board price will be charged on cancellation of holidays, late arrival or early departure.
