Our kitchen: one of the pleasures of being on holiday

Fine creations from traditional, refined South Tyrolean cuisine, with Mediterranean  influences from both Italian and international cookery.
In the evening you can indulge yourself with a 4-5 course menu of your choice, with a Tyrolean theme, Italian specialities or a candlelit gala dinner.
During the warm summer months, we invite you to enjoy tasty fare from our barbecue in the garden.
We will recommend the appropriate fine South Tyrolean and Italian wines.
Weekly cellar tours and wine tasting of the Bauhof’s own wine.

We will also be pleased to cater to your personal dietary preferences.

You can find recipes from the Hotel Bauhof under “Dishes to try at home”, some of them created by your hostess. We can also send you the recipes!

Breakfast buffet

Each day of your holiday will begin with a hearty, Vital breakfast buffet, which in summer can also be enjoyed under the old trees and vines in our garden:
  • Large selection of teas
  • Vital corner with fresh yogurt and various types of muesli and fresh fruit
  • Naturally cloudy organic apple juice
  • Fruity home-made jam
  • Delicious choice of sausages and cheese, South Tyrolean speck
  • Home-baked bread and cakes
We use quality products from South Tyrol.

Tyrolean marende (light meal)

After a busy day out you can enjoy a typical Tyrolean marende (light meal), consisting of speck, cheese and a glass of good wine or fresh home-made apple strudel.
