The friendly atmosphere in our panelled Tyrolean lounge or in the elegant dining room increases the culinary pleasure...
The gourmet will note with great pleasure that we offer a fine
combination of typical, but sophisticated South Tyrolean cuisine,
Mediterranean flair from Italy and international dishes on our
menus.
In the evening, we spoil you with a 4- or 5-course menu with choice.
You will alternatively find typical South Tyrolean dishes, Italian
specialities and candle-light gala dinners. In the warm summer months,
we invite you to a barbecue in the garden with substantial dishes. We
also respect your personal dietary wishes.
We suggest you fine South Tyrolean and Italian wines to go with your
meals and we look forward to inviting you to our weekly cellar visit
with wine tasting of our own Bauhof brand.
You can perfectly end a fine meal with something special: try spirits
made from the typical local apricot or simply a schnapps, both
distilled passionately by the host himself.
In the morning, the warm sunbeams will guide you in our garden under
old trees and vines for the vital breakfast. Serve yourselves at our
breakfast buffet, where you will also find our own freshly squeezed
apple juice, a fruity home-made jam and home-made bread and
cakes.
After an eventful day, you can have a typical Tyrolean afternoon meal
with bacon, cheese and a glass of red wine or with a fresh, home-made
apple pie on request.
