- The Vinschgau Valley train runs again! Different excursion
destinations between Merano and Malles are easily reachable. The train
station of Castelbello is at only 5 minutes on foot.

- If you don’t have dinner, we deduct € 7.00 for adults, and € 3,00 for children.
- For single use of double rooms we charge a supplement of € 10.00 per day.
- We don’t charge supplements for short stays.
- Pets on request. We charge € 5.00 per day without feed. We hope
you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and in
the sauna area.
- On the day of your arrival, you may check in from 2 pm onwards.
We kindly ask you to check out by 10 am on the day of your departure.
- In case you should arrive after 6 pm on the day of your arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us.
- In case of belated arrival or early departure we charge you
up to 3 days, according to the international hotel contract
conditions.
- Our hotel disposes of a lift.
- We accept EC-Card, Master and Visa.
- You can take out travel insurance in every travel agency.
- We take our guests who travel by train or bus at the terminus.
