With the start of the new season 2020, we focus on a rich breakfast in the morning and homemade cakes and delicious snacks in the afternoon. On selected evenings during the week, you can enjoy your dinner at the Bauhof and get to experience the culinary delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine with Alpine and Mediterranean influences.
On the other evenings, you can enjoy the South Tyrolean way of life and dine at local restaurants offering regional specialities. Of course, you should not miss a home-made schnapps or a glass of wine at the Bauhof hotel bar.
Each day of your holiday will begin with a hearty, Vital breakfast buffet with large selection of teas, vital corner, fruity home-made jam, delicious choice of sausages and cheese, South Tyrolean speck and home-baked bread and cakes.
After a busy day out you can enjoy a typical Tyrolean marende (light meal), consisting of speck and cheese, but also fresh homemade pastries, like our popular apple strudel.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays we offer a 3-course menu with traditional dishes and a bbq-evening - or what our chef and nature are up to. Dinner can be booked on spot at an additional charge.
